Enter through the front entrance to have your child sign their Letter of Intent to attend Kindergarten. Cross County High School Band will be hosting their 23rd Annual Cougar Basketball Jamboree on Friday, March 22 and Saturday, March 23 at Cross County. This is an intra-school double elimination basketball tournament and a fundraiser for the band.
Cross County will hold a FCCLA Project Work Night on Tuesday, March 26 from 3:30-6:30 p.m.

The Exeter Community Club and Exeter-Milligan FCCLA will host an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 23 starting at 10 a.m. The hunt will be held at the Exeter-Milligan Playground Area in Exeter. Children through the 5th grade are welcome to participate. Grace’s Coffee Co. will be set up for attendees to grab some hot, iced or blended coffee, smoothies and more! In case of inclement weather the egg hunt will be held inside the school. Candy and prizes donated by Generations Bank.

The Heartland Community Schools all-school play “Murder in Bloom” will be presented on Friday, March 22 and Saturday, March 23. Tickets are $5 each and will go on sale Friday, March 8 at 6 p.m. at https://m.bpt.me/event/6260448. About the play: What could be more harmless than a ladies’ garden club in a small English village? That’s what they thought in sleepy, uneventful St. Basil-on-Green, until one day the richest lady in town is mysteriously murdered during a club meeting! As the police come onto the scene, we realize that this is more than a mere garden club and that more is at stake than begonias. And who among these harmless ladies would be capable of murder? The gripping ending tells all, with plenty of chills, laughs and poignant moments along the way.
The Heartland FFA will hold a Silent Auction and Shop Party at the Heartland Ag Shop on Monday, March 25 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Heartland Community Schools. The Heartland FFA Chapter will be serving a $7 hamburger meal deal and there will be entertainment.
The Heartland School Board will hold a special Bond Election Meeting at Heartland Community Schools in the theater on Monday, March 25 at 7 p.m.
