North Iowa Figure Skating Club in Mason City is hosting its 41st annual spring showcase, according to a press release. The theme is "Viva Ice Vegas."
Two shows will be held, one at 7 p.m., Friday, March 22; and the other at 5 p.m. Saturday, March 23, at the Mason City Arena.
The showcase will feature our NIFSC members, Learn-to-Skate members and a final performance by 2024 senior, Mollie Conway.
Conway is a senior at Mason City High School and the daughter of Michael & Carol McCutcheon. She has been skating with NIFSC for 14 years alongside her four sisters, Morgan, Mackenzy, Ellie and Emersyn. During her skating career she has been the recipient of the NIFSC Dedication Award and NIFSC Hammer Awards, participated in many competitions including Bend of the River, Mankato, MN, Winter Iowa Games and State Games of America. She has given countless hours to NIFSC through volunteering.

Guest skater Wren Warne-Jacobsen, who is the 2023 Collegiate Senior Women’s Figure Skating Champion, a three-time Team USA international competition, nine-time Minnesota State Figure Skating Champion, and a finalist in the 2023 FISU World University Games, will also perform.
