An industrial property in West Babylon has sold for $950,000.

The buyer, 120 Kean LLC, affiliate of a local commercial real estate investor who owns a nearby restoration business, purchased the 6,150-square-foot building on .37 acres at 120 Kean St.

The long-vacant property was last occupied by a used cooking oil recycling firm. Built in 1965, the industrial building has two loading docks and a drive-in bay.

The buyer was self-represented, while Victor Little and Daniel Abbondandolo of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Moyer Packing Company, in the sales transaction.

“We received a tremendous amount of interest in this property due to the low vacancy rate in this industrial pocket off Edison Avenue,” Little told LIBN.
