GREENVILLE — One month after releasing his newest Billboard-topping album, rapper 21 Savage announced that he will stop in the Greenville area.

The award-winning artist will perform a June 5 concert in Simpsonville at CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park, part of his 28-show nationwide tour, "American Dream."

The Atlanta-based artist recently released his third studio album, also named "American Dream," in January, earning him four Grammy nominations and a "Saturday Night Live" performance. He previously won a Grammy for his hit song "A Lot" with J. Cole.

Best known for albums "Issa Lot" and "I am > I was," 21 last hosted a co-headlining tour, "It's All a Blur Tour," with Drake in 2023. 

As part of the "American Dream" tour, 21 will share the stage with rappers J.I.D., Nardo Wick and 21 Lil Harold. He will visit Charlotte the day after Simpsonville on June 6 and Atlanta on June 15.

Tickets go on sale Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m..
