Gov. Evers signs bill dedicating highway after fallen Orfordville veteran
In a bill signing ceremony Monday at American Legion Post 209 in Orfordville, Gov. Tony Evers, joined by a bipartisan group of state legislators, signed Act 215 into state law. The measure dedicates a six-mile stretch of state Highway 11 between Orfordville and Footville as the Corporal Benjamin H. Neal Memorial Highway. The act memorializes a local soldier killed in action while serving in Afghanistan in 2012.
