Collier is accused of entering the Bank of America branch at 1900 S. Ridgewood Ave. around 1:20 p.m. Monday, allegedly producing a note and firearm to the bank teller before leaving on foot, police said. A video uploaded to the police department’s Facebook page appears to show Collier on surveillance video wearing a disguise at the bank.

The video includes body-worn camera footage of officers’ response to the branch. In one instance of the video, a voice on an officer’s radio can be heard describing a suspect with a “long black wig and mask with a white T-shirt (and) a fanny pack with a gun sticking out.”

Later in the video, Collier is shown being walked from a holding location by Glynn County law enforcement officers. Photos are also included showing a wig on a table, as well as two cellphones, a pistol and ammunition.
