Proficient Auto Logistics on Thursday filed for an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The freight company focused on providing auto transportation and logistics services plans to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol PAL.
The company didn't disclose how many shares it's issuing, or a per share price.
