ALBAWABA - 50 Cent's relationship with his ex, Daphne Joy, has made news for all the wrong reasons in recent days. Despite Joy's involvement in Sean "Diddy" Combs' sex trafficking case, the startling revelations led the hitmaker of "In Da Club" to demand exclusive custody of their 11-year-old son Sire.

Things have gotten worse between the two as they engage in a legal battle, with the model-actress alleging 50 Cent of "raping" and "physically abusing" her.

Joy, 37, addressed her 48-year-old ex-boyfriend 50 Cent directly in an Instagram post on Thursday by using his entire legal name, Curtis James Jackson, at the top of the image. Sire, their 12-year-old son, is their shared child.

"Let's concentrate on your actual wicked deeds of raping and physically torturing me. "From now on, my God will deal with you; you are no longer my oppressor," the letter stated. Jackson has refuted the allegations.

"With these last and final false charges made against me, you have irreversibly shattered the last hope I had for you as a parent to protect our family unit. Forever and ever, you have shattered our hearts."

Joy's allegations are in response to 50 Cent's choice to seek exclusive custody of their son, Sire. The rapper's attorney claims that 50 Cent is taking this action in response to Rodney Jones' case against Diddy, which makes claims that Joy was a prostitute.

A representative for the rapper issued the following statement to the public: "I must take all necessary legal action to protect my son Sire in light of the disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case involving Daphne Joy, the mother of my twelve-year-old child." Daphne Joy's most recent unfounded and untrue charges are obviously a reaction to my choice to pursue sole custody of my kid. Right now, my only concern is keeping my kid Sire in a safe environment, which is my first responsibility."
Joy responded by writing, "Family court, great!" on Instagram.

"He needs masculine mentorship because he doesn't have a father figure in his life. Finally, you're getting it," she continued.
