After a brief hiatus, Grain Lab, a beloved family-run restaurant that had been a staple in Burbank for over a decade, is making a triumphant return, this time on the bustling West Side.

Transitioning to a Ghost Kitchen
Following its closure late last year, Grain Lab has undergone a transformation. Owner Tim Kang has taken the bold step of reopening Grain Lab as a ghost kitchen located off Pico and Sepulveda Blvd, housed in CloudKitchens’ Westside Eats building.

Continuing the Tradition of Healthy Dining
Grain Lab’s comeback continues its commitment to delicious and healthy options. A California casual menu with an Asian twist, it offers an array of bowls, salads, and burritos, all crafted with fresh ingredients. Vegan options include a Vegan Breakfast Burrito, Original Sunset and Hippie Sink Bowls, Kale Caesar Salad, and a variety of side dishes. Kang shared, “It’s been essential to pivot and reinvent ourselves in a format that caters to a community looking for tasty, healthy options, while supporting a small, family-run business.”
