Organisers of the fifth Twickenham Festival celebrated another bumper year when they presented a cheque for £2,700 to the Marble Hill Playgroup.
The playgroup was chosen as the festivals official charity after Richmond Council drastically reduced its funding for the centre in Marble Hill Park.
Parents formed a charitable trust to take over the running of the playgroup last October with support from businesses.
