Blink-182 star Tom DeLonge sinks to his knees and VOMITS from heat stroke during sweltering Paraguay concert... then finishes show anyway

Blink-182 star Tom DeLonge sank to his knees onstage and then vomited after suffering from heat stroke during a concert.

The incident occurred this week during the band's performance in Paraguay, which was one of the stops on their reunion world tour.

They played an hour-and-a-half set Tuesday night at the Asunciónico music festival, thrown in the national capital of Asunción.

Temperatures were soaring in the city and Tom, unused to the heat, had to briefly stop the show so that he could go be sick off in a corner.

However in a flourish of showmanship he then returned to his spot at center stage and completed the gig with his bandmates Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus.

Tom uploaded an Instagram post about the incident on Thursday, including included a slightly blurry picture of him onstage, moments before he fell ill.

Although Tom could only be seen from the back, it was clear that he was completely drenched in sweat, foreshadowing what was about to happen.

'This was about 1 min before stroke hit. Fell to my knees, everything went blurry, then wobbled to the side of the stage and vomited for a bit,' he wrote.

'Super fun. @markhoppus and @travisbarker made up for the lost time… man, this was not something I’ve ever felt before,' he wrote.

He noted that it had been '95 Degrees at a 11pm on stage. But… I made it back and finished the show. Cause that’s what Navy Seals do… @blink182'.

In footage from the performance, Tom could be glimpsed on his knees in the middle of the band's 2023 song More Than You Know.

As he wandered blearily off to one side in order to vomit, members of the audience were heard affectionately calling out his name.

Mark and Travis remained onstage, keeping the crowd warmed up while they waited for their bandmate to recover enough to come back.

'You all right, Tommy?' Mark said at one point. 'Tom's throwing up right now, I think. I think Tom's throwing up. If you want me to, I'll take off my shirt,' he teased the crowd.

Travis remained behind him, playing the drums as Mark worked the crowd and asked the voice in his earpiece for updates on his pal.

Tom was gone for so long that Travis and Mark decided to perform Blink-182's number Happy Holidays, You B*****d without him in order to kill time.

However, just as they were preparing to play the song in Tom's absence, Tom himself sauntered back onstage to sing it with them.

'Okay, this is the deal,' said Tom after the song. 'I'm better now. I threw up a lot of f***in' s*** over there. It was some crazy s***. I don't know what came outta me, but it was weird. I think it's cause I wasn't prepared.'
