TEXARKANA, Texas - The City of Texarkana, Texas is expanding its annual health fair later this month to include total wellness education.
The goal is to provide resources in mental, physical, financial, spiritual health.
Organizers say they're expecting a large turnout. Hours are expanded to offer resources for people of all ages.
The focus is on promoting the complete wellness of individuals, mentally, physically and emotionally.
The event will include up to 100 vendors, as well as workshops tackling a variety of subject matters including financial literacy, fraud, mental health and nutrition.
There's still time to register as a vendor. The deadline is Friday.
The Total Health and Wellness Expo will be held on April 30 from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. at the Texarkana, Texas Convention Center. It's free to the public.
