Australian Border Force officers fine man at Perth International Airport for having undeclared cash

A traveller has been fined after he was caught with tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of undeclared currency before departing on an overseas flight from Perth.

The man was about to board a flight at Perth International Airport when Australian Border Force officers stopped and questioned him, discovering he was carrying more than $17,000 in Australian dollars.
