Firefighters halt Sun Valley shed fire

SUN VALLEY, Nev. (KRNV) — A fire broke out in Sun Valley on Friday night.

On the night of March 15, Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue responded to the report of a structure fire on the 5700 block of Kasandra Way in Sun Valley. The structure in question turned out to be a shed.

The crew knocked down the fire, preventing it from spreading to other nearby structures. No injuries are being reported and the cause is currently under investigation.
