The bridge will be open to one-way traffic from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. from March 19-21.
In addition, one-way traffic will be implemented from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m. on March 22 and from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m.
Officials said commuters along the route can expect delays.
