JEROME, Idaho — KTVB is scheduled to replace tower lights at our KTFT tower in Jerome starting on Wednesday at 7 a.m.

The work will take place April 10, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Employees will have to power down the transmitter tower for portions of the day so the climbers can safely work.

Those who watch over the air on Dish and DirecTV will experience some outages in the Magic Valley. Cox Cable in Sun Valley will also experience outages. Twin Falls will also be effected for Dish and DirecTV viewers.

However, viewers of KTFT on Sparklight Cable will not be impacted by the tower work.
