As a native of Atlanta, Katrice Nolan is happy to be so close to home. Katrice is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor’s Degree is Mass Communications & concentration in Radio/TV/Film.

Katrice has an extensive background in news with 18 years of professional experience at several stations across the southeast. She started her career at the #1 station in the country at WSB-TV in Atlanta, after training with some of the best journalists in the industry. Katrice branched out to start her on-air career at WTVY-TV in Dothan, Alabama. Katrice made history as the first anchor at WRGX-TV which is the stations NBC affiliate at WTVY-TV in Dothan. After four years as an anchor, she worked at WKRG-TV in Mobile as the Pensacola bureau reporter. From there, Katrice worked at an entertainment host for BLAB-TV in Pensacola where she hosted “Talk or the Town” - an entertainment show highlighting all unique and entertaining places in Pensacola. She took a break from broadcast news to do radio news broadcasting for WPNN and WJJN in Pensacola and Dothan, respectively. Katrice is happy to be part of the WTVM team and love covering the Chattahoochee Valley.

Katrice is married to James, a mother to Serenity Halo, and bonus mommy to Chenoa and Jamesia. In her spare time Katrice enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new recipes, and binge watching comedies.

Katrice is also the director and owner of Onyx Dance Center in Dothan where she trains boys and girls ages 3-18 the art of dance. Katrice is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Incorporated.
