A Moberly man was arrested Wednesday in connection to a July 2023 overdose death.

Michael Graves was charged Thursday with murder in the second degree and delivery of a controlled substance.

Graves' arrest comes after an investigation into the death of a Moberly resident back in July, according to a news release from the Moberly Police Department.

The Moberly Police Department said it learned that the male victim died from a drug overdose of fentanyl, which was allegedly provided by Graves.

Graves is being held at the Randolph County Jail without bond.
