MISSONARY MINISTRY ANNIVERSARY:Â Jones Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 201 Barrett St., will celebrate its missionary ministry anniversary at 3 p.m. Guest preacher will be Rev. Braswell Braxton, pastor of Bellevue Baptist Church along with his choir and church family. All missionaries are asked to wear white and their area flowers. Rev. Brud Perry is pastor.

PASTORAL ANNIVERSARY:Â Tarpley Chapel Baptist Church family, 16156 Mount Cross Road, Dry Fork, will celebrate the 28th pastoral anniversary honoring Pastor Robert L. Divens Jr. and Lady Arleen Divens. The guest preacher for the 10:45 a.m. worship service will be elder Angela Dones, pastor of Saint Paul Holy Church, Roxboro, North Carolina. The afternoon worship service at 2:30 p.m. will have guest preacher pastor Anthony Pass of Mount Zion Baptist Church of Ringgold. The culinary ministry will serve lunch from 12:45 to 2 p.m.Â

Guest preachers for the revival will be pastor Braxton Braswell, pastor Teresa Hardy, and pastor Clarence McLaughlin.

SPRING REVIVAL SERVICES: Watson Level Missionary Baptist Church, 2900 Toshes Road, Chatham, have three-night spring revival at 7 p.m. Wednesday-Friday with speaker Bishop Michael Turner, Pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Staunton. Various guest choirs will render music nightly. Pastor is Prence Anna Craft.

RETREAT: The South Central Virginia Area Christian Churches/Churches of Christ Ladies will hold an annual retreat April 19-20 at Pittsylvania Christian Service Camp, 1232 Oxford Road, Chatham. April 19 registration opens at 5 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m. Special music and an inspirational session will follow at 7 p.m. lead by Lisa Alligood Bennet with topic "Delight" taken from Psalms 37:4 and Zephaniah 3:17. Dorms will be available for overnight stay or return by 8 a.m. April 20 for a light breakfast followed by the closing session at 9 a.m. Registration fee is $15 due by April 8.
