Lancaster County physician Dr. Nicholas Bertoni is one of 30 doctors named to the Pennsylvania Medical Society’s Top Physicians Under 40 2024 list.
A specialist in emergency medicine, Bertoni is based at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital’s emergency department, according to the WellSpan website. He attended medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine.
Nominees for the annual list are chosen by their peers, and those named are selected by a committee of Pennsylvania Medical Society members, the group said. Doctors eligible for the award are members of Pennsylvania Medical Society who are under 40 years old.
