THE BEDFORD POLICE CHIEF SAYS IT HAPPENED JUST AFTER 9:00. A 17 YEAR OLD TEEN FROM BEDFORD CRASHED INTO ANOTHER CAR DRIVEN BY A 25 YEAR OLD WOMAN FROM NEW BOSTON. BOTH DRIVERS AND A TEENAGE PASSENGER WERE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL FOR SERIOUS BUT NON-LIFE THREATENING INJURIES. BEDFORD POLICE ARE STILL INVESTIGATING

Three people suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries after a crash Saturday night in Bedford, police said. Bedford Police Chief Daniel Douidi said around 9:20 p.m., fire and police responded to the intersection of Joppa Hill and New Boston Roads for a reported crash involving two cars.A Honda driven by a 17-year-old female from Bedford collided with a BMW driven by a 25-year-old female from New Boston, police said.>> Download the free WMUR app to get updates on the go: Apple | Google Play <<The 17-year-old driver had to be extricated from the vehicle, police said. There was also a 17-year-old passenger in the Honda, police said. Both drivers and the passenger were taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, police said. Anyone who saw the crash is asked to contact Officer Gould at 603-472-5113 ext. 207. Bedford police are investigating all aspects of the crash.
