Man charged in Albany musician’s murder skips court
A South Glens Falls man charged in a 2023 Albany homicide was expected to plead guilty on Friday, but he did not show up for court.
Jeff Henderson, 20, of South Glens Falls, is accused of killing 25-year old Benjamin Rowe on Hamilton Street in Albany in June 2023.

Jeff Henderson, 20, of South Glens Falls, is accused of killing 25-year old Benjamin Rowe on Hamilton Street in Albany in June 2023.
He was expected to take a plea in Albany County Court.
However, Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple said Henderson refused to get on the bus at the jail.
The case will be rescheduled.
