City of Dallas switching to new online payment system for water bills

"Dallas Go" is an online payment platform set to replace its current e-pay system.

DALLAS — Residents in the city of Dallas have a new way to pay their water bills.

DallasGo, powered by Paymentus, is replacing the ePay payment system and is set to roll out this spring.

If you already have an ePay online account for paying your City of Dallas water bill, you will receive an email when it’s time to set a new password and activate your DallasGo profile. If you were registered for automatic payments, you must re-enroll in AutoPay and provide your banking or credit/debit card information on DallasGo.

According to the city's website, customers who have not accessed their DWU bills online before can register to create a new profile and link their water account with the DallasGo platform when it goes live. All you will need is the account number and service address as they appear on your paper bill.

If you have any questions, you can visit the city's frequently asked questions guide here or call DWU Customer Service at (214)651-1441. Business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
