Alamo Colleges District to build new Veterans Center at Northwest Lakeview

SAN ANTONIO - The Alamo College District board just approved a contractor for a new Veterans Center.

The goal is to build a brand-new veterans center at Northeast Lakeview College in Universal City.

Alamo Colleges District is telling us the demand for veteran’s services is growing at Northeast Lakeview, saying they have outgrown the current building.

So, they are constructing a new center to help veterans with various things, whether it be with financial aid or signing up for classes.

They will also have areas for veterans to gather and socialize.
