Jacksonville police responded to a report of two gunshot victims 3:07 a.m. Sunday and subsequently arrested Reginald Dwayne Kelly, 31, in connection to the incident.
Investigations revealed Kelly was the main suspect in the attack. Police arrested Kelly on two counts of attempted capital murder.
The two victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
