Waterbury police recently filed the following charges:
MATTHEW HUCULAK-MARCHANT, 31, of 81 Galpin St., Naugatuck, fourth-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to child, illegal sexual contact with victim under age 16.
TROY JAMES, 39, of 446 Glen St., New Britain, second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to child.
ASHLEY RIVERA, 28, of 258 Raymond St., second-degree breach of peace, interfering with officer/resisting arrest.
KELVIN BETANCES, 28, of 15 Market St., Waterbury, second-degree failure to appear.
