Hendrick Regional Blood Center adds third blood mobile

ab — Hendrick Regional Blood Center added a third mobile donation bus.

The blood center supplies blood products to 21 hospitals in 19 counties.

Hendrick Health says adding this third blood mobile will reach more donors who help maintain the needed level of blood supplies.

The new blood bus will include more space on the inside and offer double red cell donation.

If you'd like to donate blood, you can visit the blood center at 1701 Pine St. or any of their mobile blood drives.

They say it only takes a few minutes to donate.
