MONROE CITY, Mo. — A Quincy, Ill., woman was injured in a Monday night crash east of Monroe City.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 2005 Dodge Caravan driven by Danielle L. Altheide, 32, of Quincy, and a 2015 Peterbilt driven by Bradley W. White, 36, of Shelbina, were heading west at 5:50 p.m. on U.S. 36, 3 miles east of Monroe City. When the Dodge attempted a left turn from the driving lane, the patrol said it struck the Peterbilt.
Altheide, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by Monroe City Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital with minor injuries.
The patrol was assisted by Monroe City Fire Department and Ambulance.
