An arrest was made Monday in a deadly shooting that happened earlier this month in McKees Rocks. Allegheny County police say they have arrested 17-year-old Tavarius Lee, of Pittsburgh. He is charged in the death of 19-year-old Ronald Fuller.Fuller was shot and killed on March 4 near 3rd and Boquet streets. A neighbor's dog was also struck and killed in the crossfire.Investigators say Lee was taken into custody after a traffic stop Monday. Charges include criminal homicide, aggravated cruelty to animals and recklessly endangering another person. He has been taken to the Allegheny County Jail pending arraignment.
