KELLOGG, Idaho – Major ski areas have announced their plans for season closure in April.Â
The list of North Idaho hills closing is below:
- Schweitzer, April 14.
- Lookout Pass, April 14.
- Silver Mountain, April 20.
Silver Mountain will end daily operations on April 7 but will continue to offer weekend skiing until their closure date.
These end dates do not include potential bonus days for special events.
This ski season was inhibited by poor snow conditions early in the season, but rebounded in the later months as improved snowpack brought more skiers to local resorts.Â
