PHENIX CITY, Ala. (WTVM) - A Phenix City man has been arrested in connection to a homicide that happened in 2023.
38-year-old Navansley Vonquez Smith was arrested on Monday, March 25 for the alleged murder of Jenifer Marie Anderson. According to officials, Anderson’s body was found on October 27, 2023 on Brickyard Rd. in Phenix City around 1:15 p.m.
