JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (CNN) - A licensed alligator trapper removed a wandering gator from a busy street in Jacksonville this week.

And it was caught on video.

Mike Dragich, also known as Blue Collar Brawler, said he was at a hockey game with his family when he got a call from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office looking for a trapper.

Dragich said he was just five minutes from the location. So, he jumped in his car and headed to the scene, even without any of his equipment.

He wrangled the 8-foot gator in true Florida style with his bare hands.

“You have military uniforms, police uniforms, medical scrubs and sports uniforms … and then you have a pair of denim shorts and a plaid shirt,” the sheriff’s office said.

Dragich has gained notoriety on social media for past gator removals, including one he wrestled from a Jacksonville school campus.

“When it comes to alligator wrestling, we would much rather leave this one to the professionals. Thank you for your assistance Mike Dragich!” authorities shared.
