SAN MARCOS, Texas (KWTX/Gray News) - An Amber Alert for a 2-year-old boy who was allegedly abducted from a Texas park has been canceled after police say the boy was found unharmed.

The San Marcos Police Department said in a Facebook post that 2-year-old Legend Torres was found safe in the Dallas area around 1:50 am Sunday. An Amber Alert was issued for the boy Saturday after he was allegedly abducted from Children’s Park in San Marcos.

Police earlier identified the suspect as 46-year-old Joey Torres. In their update, they said he was found with the child and is now in custody.
