The (8 - 14) Brookwood Panthers baseball team recently finished the season as the AHSAA Class 6A Area 7 Runner-Ups with a record of (4 - 2). The Panthers will go on the road for the first round of the AHSAA Class 6A playoffs in a best two out of three series against the Class 6A Area 3 Champions, the (16 - 13) Wetumpka Indians, starting with a doubleheader Friday, April 19th, with game 1 @ 4:30 pm and game 2 to follow and then game 3 Friday, April 20th, @ 1 pm, if needed.
