Three join Neal Signature Homes

Neal Signature Homes (NealSignatureHomes.com), a Lakewood Ranch-based luxury homebuilder, recently welcomed Jeff Hedberg, John Johns and John Ward to its team.

Hedberg and Johns join Neal Signature Homes as new homes sales associates while Ward begins with the company as a computer-aided design (CAD) draftsman.

Hedberg is a licensed Florida and Michigan Realtor with over 29 years of experience. As a new home sales associate, he will assist prospective homebuyers at MiraBay in Apollo Beach. Home to stunning waterfront views and a wealth of community amenities, MiraBay has several coastal-style luxury and modern homes offered by Neal Signature Homes.

Prior to joining Neal Signature Homes, Hedberg acted as the broker owner of a multimillion-dollar real estate company. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Florida Association of Realtors.

Johns brings 16 years of experience to the Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder. In his new role, he will assist potential homebuyers at Neal Signature Homes’ gated, Mediterranean-style Wildgrass community. The enclave of new, custom homes is located off Clark Road and offers a collection of six luxury homes to choose from. These custom homes range from 2,266 – 3,346 square feet and feature one- and two-story designs.

Originally from Long Island, N.Y., Johns is a licensed Florida general contractor. He previously worked for commercial and residential builders. Johns served as an officer in the United States Army in the Gulf War.

With over 15 years of experience design and drafting, Ward will create production plans, assist with standard plans and as-built structural designs, work directly with the builder on structural issues, create floor plans and interior elevations for design catalogs and maintain CAD standards and blocks.

Prior to joining Neal Signature Homes, Ward held numerous positions with architecture firms in Indiana, his native state.

Currently, Neal Signature Homes employs 35 and has built more than 350 homes throughout southwest Florida.
