State Police Investigate Fatal Crashes In New Hampshire: Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A Florida woman died after a crash in Alstead on Saturday, according to New Hampshire State Police. State troopers were called to a report of a crash on Comstock Road near Darby Brook Road at just after 8 a.m. When they arrived, they found a 2014 Ford Fusion that had left the road near the Darby Brook bridge and was on its roof, partially submerged in the brook, according to Lt. Michael Kokoski of Troop C.

The driver – Jacqueline Lachapelle, 24, of Oviedo, FL – died as a result of the injuries sustained in the crash. The crash remains under investigation.

Troopers were assisted by the Alstead, Langdon, and Swanzey fire departments.

Rollover Kills Grovetown Man

State police were also sent to a fatal crash on State Street in Groveton on Wednesday. At just before 5:15 a.m., troopers received a report about a rollover crash on State Street. At the scene, investigators found a 2010 Mazda 6 that struck a guardrail and rolled repeatedly before stopping in a parking lot.

Jeremy Labelle, 23, of Groveton, was thrown from the vehicle and killed, according to Staff Sgt. Victor Muzzey of Troop F.

Troopers were assisted by Groveton Fire-EMS, NH DOT, the Coos County Attorney's Office, and the state medical examiner. Alcohol and speed "may have been a factor in this crash," Muzzey stated.

Garrett Mallock, 19, of Somersworth, was arrested on July 25, on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge on Main Street in Dover.

Nico Eisner, 29, of Rochester, was arrested on July 25, on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration charges on Maplewood Avenue in Portsmouth.

Austin Jepson, 25, of Hooksett, was arrested on a DUI charge on Route 101 West at the Epping-Raymond line on July 23.

Daniel Walsh, 54, of Hampton, was arrested on July 21, and charged with DUI and DUI-adult greater than 0.08 charges on Landing Road in Hampton.

Erin Muirhead, 33, of Dover, was arrested on July 21, and charged with aggravated DUI-0.16+, aggravated DUI-passenger under 16, and DUI charges. She was arrested on Route 101 West in Auburn.

Nichole Gearwar, 43, of Somersworth, was arrested on July 21, on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges as well as a child restraints violation. She was arrested on Route 125 in Milton.

Christopher Bragdon, 37, of Lincoln, Maine, was arrested on July 20, on driving after revocation or suspension and four counts of transport drugs in a motor vehicle. Also arrested was Sarah Burbeck, 33, of Lincoln, ME, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug, two counts of possession of fentanyl, and three counts of possession of heroin-crack. They were arrested on I-95 North in Hampton.

Eric Joseph, 51, of Short Hills, New Jersey, was arrested on July 20, on a reckless operation charge on I-95 South in Greenland.

Douglas Morrison, 42, of Beverly, Massachusetts, was arrested on July 20, on a DUI charge on Route 16 North in Portsmouth.

Julie Warner, 39, of Portsmouth, was arrested on July 19, on a DUI charge on Route 16 South near Exit 4 in Newington.

Jeremy Zannini, 24, of Atkinson, was arrested on July 19, on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge on Dover Point Road in Dover.

Stanley Privat, 45, of Dover, was arrested on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge on Central Avenue in Dover on July 19.

Jalen Murchison, 23, of Manchester, was arrested on July 21, on DUI-second offense, driving after revocation or suspension, and speeding – 21+ mph over 65 charges on I-93 South in Bow.

David Castiglione, 38, of Lowell, MA, was arrested on July 21, on DUI and DUI-adult greater than 0.08 charges on I-93 South in Bow.

David Miller, 49, of Tamworth, was arrested on a DUI charge on July 20. Also arrested was Karl Davis, 39, of North Conway, on three bench warrants. They were arrested on I-93 North in Hooksett.

Linda Silvestri, 50, of Belmont, was arrested on July 20, on a DUI charge on I-393 East in Concord.

Paul Francoeur, 31, of Gloucester, MA, was arrested on a DUI charge on July 20, on I-93 South in Concord.

Tyler Urella, 25, of Bradford, was arrested on July 20, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on South Main Street in Concord.

Leyllany Concepcion Forteza, 21, of Manchester, was arrested on July 20, on a reckless operation charge on I-93 South in Bow.

Micah Donovan, 34, of Wilmot, was arrested on July 20, on domestic violence-stalking and breach of bail charges on Route 4A in Wilmot.

Brandon Anderson, 18, of Merrimack, was arrested on July 20, on transport alcohol by a minor and unlawful possession/intoxication charges on I-89 North in Sutton.

Andrea Proulx, 28, of Manchester, was arrested on July 20, on a domestic violence-simple assault charge on I-93 South in Bow.

Rebecca Morrissette, 24, of Washington, was arrested on July 20, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug on I-93 North in Northfield. About 30 minutes later, she was charged again on a bench warrant on Iron Works Road in Concord.

Michael Lange, 53, of Lowell, MA, was arrested on two suspension of vehicle registration charges on I-93 South in Bow on July 20.

Marvin Rivas, 38, of Nashua, was arrested on July 19, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on I-93 South in Sanbornton.

David Osgood, 45, of Newton, was arrested on July 19, and charged with aggravated DUI-passenger under 16, DUI, endangering the welfare of a child, and speeding – 21+ mph over 65 limit charges as well as an open container violation on I-89 North in Sutton.

Benjamin Jones, 51, of Manchester, was arrested on a violation of a protective order charge on Old Turnpike Road in Salisbury on July 19.

Dustin Laverack, 39, of North Sutton, was arrested on July 19, on a criminal threat-delivery with a biological substance charge on Foothills Road in Sutton.
