Online retailer GoPuff is now offering freshly prepared food through Gopuff Kitchen. This is accomplished through all-electric mobile kitchens stationed within or adjacent to the company’s micro-fulfillment centers.
Offerings include hot pizza made from scratch, freshly brewed cafe coffee, fresh prepared breakfast sandwiches, hot chicken tenders, and salads. Gopuff leverages its own recipes and also sources ingredients from local partner brands, such as La Colombe, Sizzle Pizza, Au Fournil and Dizengoff in Philly, and Bandit in Austin, Texas.
Gopuff is piloting the service at more than 20 micro-fulfillment centers in San Antonio and Austin, Texas; Miami and Tampa, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee; Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa, Arizona; and Philadelphia. The company plans to expand to more cities by the end of the year.
