Pennsylvania State Police said they took a Lancaster man into custody early Sunday morning after a pursuit through two counties.
Troopers said they tried to pull over Harold Weaver, 38, along Interstate 83 in Swatara Township, Dauphin County, for a traffic violation. According to police, Weaver refused to stop.
The pursuit went through Dauphin and Lancaster counties and lasted about 47 minutes before coming to an end at the intersection of Donegal Springs Road and Kraybill Church Road in East Donegal Township, state police said.
Weaver was taken into custody for fleeing and eluding and DUI.
