West Virginia State Police looking for man missing out of Randolph County

West Virginia State Police are searching for a man who has not been seen since Aug. 20 in Randolph County.

Andrew “Andy” Preston Jefferies was last seen by his father on the left fork of Cherryfork Road in Montrose, W.Va., according to a news release from State Police.

Jefferies is described at 5 foot 11 inches tall, about 230 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.

Jefferies also has multiple tattoos, including a star on his right forearm, the initials “P.J.” on his back and an Odin tattoo on his chest.

State Police also said the end of his left ring finger is missing.
