Police are asking for information about a man who has been reportedly harassing a woman and teenage girl near Salinas High. According to the Salinas Police Department, the man (pictured) has been reported in two separate incidents of harassment. On September 9, around 8:30 a.m., he is accused of touching a woman inappropriately in the area of Clay Street and harassing a 12-year-old girl near the high school. He was last seen walking in the area of Geil St. and Riker St."Given the short time frame between the two incidents, we are concerned there may be other victims," said police. The perpetrator is described as a Hispanic man who speaks English and Spanish. He was seen with a military-style haircut and is believed to have a tattoo on the left side of his neck.
