The kit includes whitening trays that may be worn for as little as 15 minutes per day.

The office will take imprints of your teeth for your whitening trays and a drop of whitening gel is placed in little holes of the imprinted trays. This whitening gel is only available at the dental office, not over the counter.

The trays may be filled with the gel by syringe and then you place them on your teeth for whitening.

After 15 minutes or so, you may remove the trays and brush your teeth to remove any excess gel on your teeth. The end result is professionally whitened teeth, all from your couch!
