CLOSPLINT, Ky. (LEX 18) – Sheriff’s officials have identified a woman found in a submerged vehicle in the river on KY 38 at Closplint.
The accident occurred during the evening hours on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2019. The vehicle was in the river and was only discovered after the river had subsided the following morning.
The operator of the vehicle, Rebecca Johnson, 46, of Closplint, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
