Amherst woman charged with breach of bail; Milford man charged with DUI; NY man charged with shoplifting and resisting arrest.

BEDFORD, NH โ€” The Bedford Police Department made the following arrests and investigations from Sept. 21 through Sept. 27.

Justin Roy, 29, of Mont Vernon with driving with a suspended registration on Sept. 22.

Kelly Lynn Moss, of Kingston, was charged with driving under the influence on Roswell Road on Sept. 25.

William Hislop, of Nashua, was charged with driving under the influence near the intersection of Route 101 and Route 114 on Sept. 25.

John Welch, of Manchester, was charged with driving with a suspended registration subsequent offense on Route 101 on Sept. 25.

Juan Pablo Conoman, 19, of Ozone Park, N.Y., was charged with shoplifting and resisting arrest on South River Road on Sept. 25.

Andrew Phillips, 35, of New Boston, was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended registration and driving without proof of identification near the intersection of Wallace Road and Circle Road on Sept. 26.

Alexa Van Etten, 52, of Amherst, was charged with breach of bail and driving under the influence on Route 101 near the Plummer Road overpass on Sept. 26.

Gerald Angel Gutierrez, 51, of Milford, was charged with driving under the influence near the intersection of Route 101 and Constitution Drive on Sept. 26.

Richard Hardy, 36, of Manchester, was charged with willful concealment of a firearm with two prior convictions on Constitution Drive on Sept. 26.

Jacob Corson Moore, 29, of Hampton, was charged with inhaling vapors for effect on Constitution Drive on Sept. 27.

On Sept. 22, at about 8:30 a.m., Bedford police investigated a report of vandalism on Copper Lane.

On Sept. 22, Bedford police investigated burglaries reported on Route 101 and Blanford Lane.

On Sept. 23, Bedford police investigated reported break-ins on Joppa Hill Road, North Amherst Road and Back River Drive.

On Sept. 23, Bedford police responded to a fire that was extinguished on Saratoga Court.

On Sept. 23, Bedford police investigated a sex offender registry offense on Constitution Drive.

On Sept. 23, Bedford police investigated a motor vehicle accident on Cambridge Road at about 10 a.m.

On Sept. 23, Bedford police investigated a report of identity theft on Barrington Drive.

On Sept. 24, Beford police investigated a report of theft on Chubbuck Road.

On Sept. 24, Bedford police investigated a report of a gunshot on North Amherst Road.

On Sept. 25, Bedford police investigated a reported break-in on South River Road.
