Warner Teen Arrested For Theft At The Mall

Bailey Bigelow was arrested on Friday for allegedly concealing items at the Merrimack Premium Outlets in mid-July, according to police.

WARNER, NH — A local teen is due in court later this month on a theft charge after allegedly stealing items at the mall, according to police. Bailey Bigelow, 18, of East Main Street in Warner, was arrested on July 28, 2017, for theft-willful concealment. Back on July 17, officers were sent to the outlet mall to investigate an alleged shoplifting incident, according to John Dudash of the Merrimack Police Department.

“During the investigation, officers learned the suspect, identified as Bigelow, had concealed merchandise inside of her purse and then left the store without paying for it,” he alleged.

A warrant was issued and she was arrested on Friday. She was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Aug. 10.

According to online reports, Bigelow was taken into custody back on May 19, in Hampstead by police in that community for alleged alcohol intoxication.
