The new 32-count cupcake variety pack includes 16 individually wrapped cupcakes of each flavor. The chocolate cupcakes are made of a rich chocolate cake, filled with creamy white filling, and topped with smooth chocolate frosting. The iced lemon cupcakes are made of lemon cake with a creamy buttercream filling and topped with smooth lemon frosting. Each cupcake, of course, features the classic Hostess frosting squiggle.
Instagrammer @junkfoodmom spotted these limited-edition variety packs a few months ago. In an Instagram post, she wrote that she demolished the cupcakes so quickly that she forgot to post about them at the time! Thankfully, although they say they're limited-edition, the packs are still around. Sam’s Club is selling them for $7.98 a box on its website and in its warehouses.
