OSBI offers $10,000 reward for information on 2000 Stephens County homicide

George "Dale" Turner, who was 40 at the time, was found shot to death. He was discovered by his son at his home near Bray.
The Stephens County Sheriff’s Office asked for OSBI assistance at that time.
Authorities later found a pair of boots near Turner’s house that may be connected to the murder.
