Malaysians win Taiwanese award for their impressive scientific papers


The foundation offers the Excellent Scientific Paper Award to inspire young scientists to engage in cross-disciplinary research collaborations, thus advancing biomedical research, discovery and technology.

TWO Malaysians did their country proud when they won the TienTe Lee Biomedical Foundation – YSP SouthEast Asia Holding Bhd (TTLBF-YSPSAH) Excellent Scientific Paper Award 2021.

Mohd Saufi Harun of the Non-Destructive Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Research Centre, Universiti Teknologi Mara, and Ng Shie Yin of Universiti Malaya’s Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department submitted scientific papers for the award.
