Pasco Sheriff's Office Shoots Last Episode Of 'LivePD'

Sheriff Chris Nocco announced on Twitter on Saturday that he has decided not to renew his office's contract with the live-action cop show.

PORT RICHEY, FL -- In their final episode of the live action television show, "LivePD," Pasco County Sheriff's deputies apprehended the final two men accused of beating up and robbing a Holiday teenager.

Deputies arrested Trenton Schreffler, 23, and his brother, Khristian Schreffler, 19, in Port Richey on Friday night during the sheriff's office's final shooting of A&E Network's ""LivePD." Sheriff Chris Nocco announced on Twitter on Saturday that he has decided not to renew his office's contract with the live-action cop show.

With cameras rolling, the Schreffler brothers were arrested at a home on San Moritz Drive in Port Richey. They join two other men who were arrested after being caught on home surveillance video robbing and beating 15-year-old Gulf High School student Geoffrey Lehman on Feb. 20 as he walked home from school in the Colonial Hills subdivision, according to the sheriff's office.

The arrest brings to a close the Pasco County Sheriff's Office brush with national stardom.

In the two years since Pasco sheriff's deputies have appeared on the show, they've garnered fans from around the country, 1.6 million of whom expressed their disappointment upon learning that deputies like Nick Carmack and his K9 Shep will no longer appear on the show.

Avid fan Annmarie Ricapito has even launched an online petition drive pleading with the Pasco Sheriff's Office to resume its association with the show. As of Monday night, 783 had signed the petition.
