In June 1893, Lizzie Borden stood trial and was later acquitted for killing her father and stepmother with an ax.
Real estate agent Suzanne St. John told WJAR there are several interested potential buyers.
"I have not spoken to anybody who does not want to keep it a bed and breakfast," St. John said.
