Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott scores against the Los Angeles Rams during the second half in an NFL divisional football playoff game in Los Angeles. Tickets to the Aloha Stadium game sold out in less than 24 hours.

Less than 24 hours after tickets went on sale, the Aug. 17 preseason football game between the Los Angeles Rams and Dallas Cowboys at Aloha Stadium has been declared a sellout.

“We have no more tickets to sell,” Aloha Stadium manager Scott Chan told the Honolulu Star-Advertiser this morning.

It will be the first NFL preseason game in Hawaii since 1976.

Tickets went on sale Thursday morning in conjunction with the formal announcement of the game by the Rams and the sponsoring Hawaii Tourism Authority. Approximately 2,500 tickets were sold in the first hour they were available.

The only options for fans still seeking tickets are to purchase them on the resale market or wait to see if the Rams or Cowboys return any unused tickets, officials said.
